How much does the exchange service cost?

Our One-Touch Exchange charges a transparent fee of 0.3% per swap. There are no hidden fees, no deposit fees, and no withdrawal fees (beyond the standard blockchain network fees required to process transactions).

The blockchain network fee (gas fee) varies depending on network congestion and is paid to miners/validators — not to us.

How does the One-Touch Exchange work?

The exchange process is simple and requires no registration:

Is my wallet secure?

Yes. Security is built into every layer of SelfWallet:

  • Private keys are generated on your device — never on a server
  • Wallet data is encrypted with AES-256 before being stored locally
  • Transactions are signed locally and only the signed data is broadcast
  • No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted
  • No backdoors, admin keys, or recovery mechanisms exist
  • The wallet runs on public blockchains — every transaction is verifiable
What happens if I lose my seed phrase or private keys?

If you lose your seed phrase or private keys, your funds cannot be recovered. There is no password reset, no customer support recovery, and no backdoor. This is the nature of self-custody — and the reason the warning is so important.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Write your seed phrase on paper and store it in a safe, fireproof location
  • Never store your seed phrase digitally (no screenshots, no cloud storage, no email)
  • Consider a second physical backup stored in a different location
  • Never share your seed phrase with anyone — not even us
